On the top floor, directly under the roof, you won’t find a dusty old attic but our modern business centre. Not for vampires – the glass portals and roof windows let in lots of light and afford an unobstructed view of the city and the river Danube. There even is a terrace reserved exclusively for our seminar guests. With space for up to 99 attendees.

A party, a meeting, congress, product presentation, photo shoot or seminar – there are so many different kinds of events. We’ve got the right space for all of them.

Five seminar rooms with up to 132 m² of space offer enough room for up to 99 people. Large projection surfaces and modern conferencing technology deliver the perfect conditions for your event. High-speed WiFi is inclusive – for us, that goes without saying.

Large glass fronts and modern fixtures create an atmosphere of comfort. Thanks to the individually adjustable air conditioning, you can set the room climate to your personal wishes and needs. To clear your head during breaks, our terrace offers you more than just a breath of fresh air.

Business Suites

Our two business suites have enough room for small meetings and private conversation. Up to eight people can brainstorm together at one desk – totally private.

Individual catering

Regional, organic, healthy is our Food & Beverage concept, from modular offers you choose exactly what suits you and your guests. In the morning a few snacks in the seminar room, at noon a standing buffet on the terrace and in the evening cocktails and long drinks in the bar - put together your favourite components individually from our range.

360° Meeting

For an all-day conference, book the welcome coffee, coffee breaks and seminar drinks of your choice. For lunch and dinner you can choose between a standing buffet or a covered meal in the bar or on the terrace. You have job interviews all day long and need 10 times the welcome coffee? NoProblem!
